The First Flame

Chuys opened its doors for the first time in Round Rock, Texas. A small team of four with big dreams served their first guests from a cozy space on Interstate Hwy 35, igniting a passion for authentic, bold cuisine.

First Major Recognition

Chuys received its first regional dining award for Best Tex-Mex Experience in Central Texas, putting the restaurant firmly on the culinary map and drawing guests from across the state.

Expanded Menu & Space
