Restaurant Manager
Lead daily restaurant operations, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver the outstanding chuys experience our guests expect. You'll oversee scheduling, inventory, and guest relations.
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Line Cook
Prepare and cook menu items according to our signature Chuys recipes with speed and precision. You'll work closely with our head chef to maintain quality and consistency in every dish.
- 1+ years of line cook or kitchen experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Passion for quality and fresh ingredients
Server / Wait Staff
Deliver exceptional dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed at Chuys. You'll be the face of our restaurant.
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- TABC Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Team player with a positive attitude
Host / Hostess
Be the first impression of Chuys. You'll welcome guests, manage reservations, coordinate seating, and ensure a smooth front-of-house flow during service. Great entry-level opportunity.
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- No prior experience required — we'll train you
Bartender
Craft our signature cocktails and beverages while engaging with guests at the bar. You'll help create the lively atmosphere that defines the chuy's dining experience we're known for.
- 2+ years bartending experience
- Current TABC Certification required
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
- Outgoing personality and guest-first mindset
Dishwasher / Kitchen Porter
Support our kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness, washing dishes, and ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently. A great starting point to begin your career in the food industry with Chuys.
